Introducing Auxy: Your Party, Your Music, Together

Music is social. But most music apps aren't.
You're at a house party. Someone plugs in their phone. Everyone else is just along for the ride — no say in what plays, no way to add that one song you know the room would love. The DJ of the night is whoever has the aux cord.
We built Auxy to change that.
What is Auxy?
Auxy is a social music app for shared moments — house parties, road trips, study sessions, anything where music is the glue. With Auxy, everyone in the room becomes part of the playlist.
Here's how it works:
- One host, one party — the host creates a party room and shares it
- Everyone contributes — guests can add songs, vote on what plays next, and react in real time
- Smart vibe matching — our algorithm keeps the energy right by understanding the mood of the room
- Listen together — everyone hears the same song at the same time, synced across devices
Why we built this
We're Terer — a small app studio based in Kuala Lumpur. We've built apps before (you might know POV), and we kept running into the same problem at our own team hangouts: the music was always one person's taste.
We wanted something more democratic. More fun. More together.
So we built it.
What's coming
Auxy is currently in development. When we launch, you can expect:
- iOS and Android apps
- Spotify integration (more providers coming)
- Party rooms with QR code invites
- Real-time collaborative playlists
- Vibe matching and mood detection
